Sinopsis:
Berpusat pada seorang gadis bernama Atsuko yang semasa kecilnya pernah melihat sebuah pertunjukan sihir yang dilakukan oleh Shiny Chariot. Dia terkagum-kagum dengan sosok Shiny dan bertekat ingin menjadi penyihir seperti Shiny. Bertahun-tahun kemudian, setelah dia beranjak remaja, Atsuko berhasil bersekolah di sebuah akademi penyihir yang keseluruhan muridnya adalah perempuan. Masalahnya di sini adalah, Atsuko itu hanya gadis normal yang tidak memiliki warisan ilmu sihir. Sedangkan teman-temannya yang lain bahkan telah belajar mengendarai sapu sejak mereka masih muda.
