Sinopsis:
Bersetting di New York saat perayaan hari Natal. Perwira Polisi Metropolitan Tokyo, Akari Kido sedang dimutasi dan diperintahkan untuk menjadi polisi lalu lintas di kota tersebut. Di saat yang sama kota dikagetkan dengan kedatangan Penyihir dan membuat kegaduhan.
